PRODEA GROUP SIGNS WHISKY EVENT LAPHROAIG AT THE ANDREINA RESTAURANT OF CHEF ERRICO RECANATI
Salt, fire, and peat: these are the three pivotal elements of the famous Scotch whisky Laphroaig, as well as the elements around which the ‘Pioneers of taste’ project revolves. The project is aimed at researching the stories of producers, artisans and chefs who are similar to Laphroig, distributed in Italy by Stock S.r.l.Reinforcing the creative idea, proposed by Prodea Group, is the collaboration between Laphroaig and chef Errico Recanati, 1 Michelin star of Ristorante Andreina in Loreto since 2013. The collaboration between the chef from the Marche region and the great Scottish distillery, after the event last March in Milan, continues today with a social dinner at Errico Recanati’s home. The chef opened the doors of his Andreina Restaurant, in Loreto, to host an exclusive event with a gastronomic journey dedicated to Laphroaig whisky. During the event, devised and organised in its entirety by Prodea Group, Errico Recanati presented a menu centred on barbecuing, creatively playing on the three elements of savoury, smoky and peat with an unusual menu paired with some signature cocktails designed especially for the dishes.During the evening, a fun cocktail experience led by mixology specialists was organised to entertain journalists, influencers and the attending guests.
